Poster is an exciting prospect for the 2023 flat turf season and has been readied by our shrewd trainer Kevin Frost for an early campaign on the grass.
Following her purchase from Jim Bolger’s yard in Ireland she was given the opportunity to settle into her new surroundings and ran for us three times being placed on each occasion, and is considered to have been unlucky not to have won twice.
After her eye-catching run at Southwell jockey Jack Mitchell was full of praise for our horse describing her as one of the gamest mares he has ever sat on.
We consider he to be a really well handicapped horse and given the right conditions and distance believe that she is now ready to take advantage of her mark and give her owners lots of fun on the turf this season.
